When does the warranty period begin on my Infiniti?
The warranty period begins on the date the vehicle is delivered to the first purchaser. (For additional details refer to page 3 of the Warranty Information Booklet, in the section titled “Warranty Start Date and Applicability”).
Your vehicle is covered by the Basic Coverage Period for the duration 48 months/100,000 Kilometers (which ever comes first). The duration of the Powertrain Coverage is for 6 years/110,000 kilometers (whichever comes first). Refer to the applicable Warranty Information Booklet for additional warranty coverage details, depending upon the model year of the vehicle the warranty coverage may vary.

No, there is no deductible for warranty repairs. Warranty repairs will be made at no charge for parts and/or labour (except for batteries and tires, in which case you may pay certain charges). Any needed parts replacement will be made using genuine Infiniti or Infiniti-approved new or remanufactured parts.
Yes, If your vehicle becomes inoperative due to a part failure that is covered under warranty, towing service is covered, when necessary, to the nearest authorized Infiniti dealer.
No. However, rental car reimbursement is a benefit of the Infiniti Protection Plus (IPP) Service Agreement plans.
You must take your Infiniti vehicle to an authorized Infiniti dealer. Once they have diagnosed the problem, you will be advised whether the repair is covered.
No. Your Infiniti warranty requires that you take your Infiniti vehicle to an authorized Infiniti dealer.
No. You are responsible for properly using, maintaining and caring for your Infiniti as outlined in your owner’s manual and your Infiniti Service and Maintenance Guide. Keep copies of all maintenance records and receipts for potential review by Infiniti. Failure to do so could result in the denial of warranty coverage.

Evidence that the required maintenance has been performed in connection with related warranty repairs should be kept as proof of such service. You must retain copies of all maintenance receipts and records. There is also a convenient maintenance log in your Infiniti Service and Maintenance Guide.
Your Infiniti New Vehicle Limited Warranty does not cover repairs for damage or conditions which are determined to be due to the installation or use of unapproved Infiniti Parts or Accessories.

When you make an appointment and drop off your Infiniti for warranty service at participating dealers, a complimentary Infiniti Service Loaner Car* will be waiting (Subject to availability).

* The loaner vehicles are available only for pre-arranged warranty repairs during the 48 month /100,000 km. Basic Coverage Period. The client must be 21 years of age or older with a valid Canadian driver’s license. The client must provide proof of primary insurance. Other restrictions apply to loan car including kilometer use, fuel consumption and days use limitations. This program is subject to change without notice at any time.
